management team of international pharmaceutical company in their Prague office.
What will be Your responsibilities:
- Management of Business effectiveness and Customer data in CRM (VeeVa) - customer profiling, segmentation, targeting, data management, expertise and consultation to colleagues
- Report management – development and management of KPI reports
- Project management - drive country/cluster projects in line with Business effectiveness strategy.
- Territory Management - sales force territories management and optimization, customer allocation, salesforce alignment
- Sales targets and bonus management – split and calculate country targets to local sales targets, implement global bonus policy to local condition and calculate bonuses, management of local incentives
- Business support – cooperation with business managers and teams, support local initiatives to maximize sales and effectiveness
What we appreciate from You:
- Excellent analytical skills, high level of MS Excel proficiency, knowledge of CRM
- Experience in Sales Intelligence / Sales Force Effectiveness / Operations / Analysis
- Good communication skills and ability to work in matrix teams
- Detail orientation, prioritization skills, systematic and organized personality
- Fluent English and local language (Czech) is a must
- Bachelor’s degree or further qualification in related discipline: Business Studies, Finance, Information Systems etc.
